Behind the Scenes: Bringing a Styled Shoot to Life

Styled shoots are where creativity and collaboration meet, and this one was nothing short of magical! It all started when one of our now preferred photographers Haley Hundt Photography toured Stella Ballroom. In an instant of inspiration, Haley had a vision: a black-tie affair with a modern twist.

What began as a “micro black tie editorial" concept quickly evolved into something much bigger, as the vision demanded a full team of talented vendors to bring it to life.

From Vision to Reality:

A carefully curated mood board was the first step. Every detail was considered—from fashion-forward attire to a refined tablescape, soft candlelight, and elegant florals. The goal was to capture European elegance with a contemporary edge—where old-world romance met sleek, modern aesthetics.

With the mood set, the work began. Vendors were handpicked according to their portfolio to match the concept. Design and planning meetings were held to refine every detail. And of course, no black-tie vision would be complete without the perfect attire, which lead to dress shopping a selection of gowns and tuxes that embodied pure sophistication.

Delicate florals were arranged, intricate stationery carefully positioned, and a bold, classic color palette set the stage for something truly breathtaking. The final look was a masterful blend of elegance and romance, seamlessly captured through Haley’s lens.
