This one's for the wedding professionals

Something we love about the Coulee Region and Wisconsin in general is the tight-knit community of ultra-talented wedding professionals. Between the skilled floral artists, charismatic DJs, the bakers who make our mouths water, and beyond, there are so many of us, yet the spirit is that there is enough work to go around and by supporting each other, we are all lifted.

That's why we had so much fun hosting the most recent WIN (Wedding Industry Network) event at Cappella!

With Stella Ballroom as a backdrop, a crowd of stationery artists, photographers, wedding planners, and more gathered for an evening of socialization and networking. Being the tight-knit community that we are, most faces were familiar... But for those that weren't, we were prepared with an interactive game to help everyone get to know each other better. And what better way to get to know someone than through a group game?!

There are always a few in every group who will avoid the spotlight like the plague. Can't say we blame them, but our "Cross the Line" game truly brought people out of their shells and encouraged group conversations throughout the room. We loved how this simple game gave guests the opportunity to share common interests and experiences.

We feel strongly that great events are supported by great food. To offer our wedding industry guests the full experience, our catering team put together a delicious spread. Pretzel bites accompanied by a beer-cheese dipping sauce and fresh veggies was the perfect precursor to our hearty buffalo chicken mac & cheese.

Inviting our wedding industry friends to Cappella was more than a gesture of bringing faces through the door; it was a heartfelt commitment to fostering relationships that enrich our shared experiences. Collaboration is in our nature, and along with creating beautiful experiences for our wedding couples, corporate clients, and more, supporting our local community is close to our hearts.
