An evening of socializing and satire with Kwik Trip

We were honored to host Kwik Trip's Brand Ambassador Day event! Nearly seventy brand ambassadors from the region gathered for an evening of socializing, delicious food, cocktails, and satire.

Stella Ballroom was the ideal setting to bring new friends together.

Staring with a lively cocktail hour, Kwik Trip's guests mingled, took content, laughed together, and many met off social media for the first time. Their shared love of the Midwest, comedy, and connection could be felt around the room in a collective energy.

As cocktail hour progressed, guests indulged in the fresh fruits, veggies, and cheese and crackers on display. And when the time came, the aromas of a mouth-watering dinner prepared by Cappella's catering team filled the air.

The appointed menu was enviable.

Chicken parmesan with san marzano tomato marinara and Gruyere, flat iron steak with rosemary marchand de vin, citrus green beans with roasted shallots, and Wisconsin Gouda mac and cheese kept buffet lines long! At Cappella, dessert is granted the same care and attention as a plated meal, and platters of raspberry bars, toffee brown butter chocolate chip cookies (a Cappella staff favorite!), and graham cracker cinnamon blondies rounded out a culinary experience to be remembered.

One guest even chased down our head chef to pass along his complements on the flat iron steak!

An awards ceremony like no other.

After dinner, a satirical awards ceremony hosted by Kwik Trip's charismatic team leads encouraged an animated crowd of claps, cheers, and laughter. The hilarious presentation featured twelve of the ambassadors' creative content, calling out notable reels and defining personality traits.
